Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete interior design process from concept to project completion.

- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, layouts, furniture arrangements, and interior schemes.

- Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, material specifications, 3D models, and presentation designs.

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project objectives, and translate them into practical design solutions.

- Conduct regular site visits for measurements, design coordination, supervision, and project follow-up.

- Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, design quality, technical detailing, and adherence to project standards.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure design deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

- Guide and coordinate with junior designers and other team members.

- Research and stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, furniture, and industry practices.

- Monitor project execution and coordinate with site teams to ensure the final result matches the approved design.

- Identify design or execution issues and coordinate timely solutions.

- Maintain the firm's standards for design quality, detailing, presentation, and execution.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in Interior Design is mandatory.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in:

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- 3D visualization/rendering software

- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.

- Excellent design sense with strong attention to detail.

- Good understanding of working drawings, technical drawings, and site execution.

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

- Excellent project coordination and time-management abilities.

- Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative, responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
