We are looking for young, hungry HR Manager — Talent Acquisition — to source and close hires for Roswalt Realty ( Luxury Real Estate) roles across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Admin and Site functions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Make proper recruitment calls to shortlisted candidates from job portals and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure smooth interview flow.
- Work closely with the HR team to close positions within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed internship in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (mandatory).
- Exposure to real estate hiring preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily calling and target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.
