Velantrio Ventures is a growing BPO and business services company providing customer support, technical support, back-office operations, lead generation, and outsourcing solutions to clients in India and international markets.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive who can manage recruitment while also contributing to lead generation, sales support, and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies for potential clients.
- Identify and connect with potential business prospects through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other platforms.
- Support the sales team in prospecting and follow-ups.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Create and publish engaging posts related to hiring, company updates, services, and business activities.
- Assist in generating inbound inquiries through social media and online platforms.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports for recruitment, lead generation, and sales activities.




- Meet assigned recruitment and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong experience using Indeed and other job portals.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment and prospecting.
- Experience with social media management and content posting.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes.
- Ability to independently source candidates and business leads.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in BPO, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, sales, lead generation, or customer support industries will be preferred.
