– Senior HR Manager (Manufacturing Plant)

Department: HR | Experience: 8–15 Years | Location: Manufacturing Plant

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Industrial Relations (IR): Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, union coordination, and workforce disputes.
- Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, wages, contract labour, and statutory requirements.
- Company Audits: Handle internal and external HR audits, prepare compliance documents, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Plant HR Operations: Manage manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, shifts, onboarding, and employee records.
- Contract Labour Management: Monitor contractor compliance, manpower deployment, wages, and statutory documentation.
- Employee Welfare: Manage employee engagement, training, welfare activities, and workplace discipline.




- HR MIS: Prepare reports on manpower, absenteeism, attrition, IR matters, and compliance status.
- Management Coordination: Coordinate with the Plant Head and department heads to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead the HR team and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing plant HR.
- Strong experience in Industrial Relations (IR), Labour Compliance, and Company Audits.
- Valuable knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
