Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Labour Welfare, or a related discipline.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, contract labour management, industrial relations, or employee relations.
- Experience in managing contract workforce in a manufacturing, plant, warehouse, logistics, construction, or similar environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
. • Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/attendance/payroll systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
