Sr Hadoop Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust webhook delivery systems supporting high throughput and low latency.
- Build secure and reliable webhook endpoints, processors, retry engines, and event orchestration pipelines.
- Implement scalable message queues, event buses, and distributed systems for real-time data sync.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and webhook specifications for internal and external integrations.
- Collaborate with partners/clients to support integration requirements and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with API authentication standards (OAuth, JWT, API Keys, HMAC, etc.).
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for all webhook services (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Optimize systems for throughput, concurrency, and error-free processing.
- Build automated retry logic, dead-letter queues, and failure-handling mechanisms.
- Ensure webhook systems follow best practices for encryption, secure payload delivery, validation, and rate limiting.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in backend development focusing on webhooks, APIs,



or event-driven systems.
- Expertise in one or more backend stacks (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET).
- Solid understanding of queues and streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Redis Streams).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless functions.
- Solid knowledge of API authentication and security models.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Deep understanding of data serialization formats (JSON, XML, Protobuf).

Technical Skills & Experience

- Experience building developer-facing webhook dashboards or UI tools.
- Prior work with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Knowledge of rate limiting algorithms and sophisticated retry strategies.
- Exposure to distributed tracing and observability frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
