Roles and responsibilities

Strategic Partnering:

Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

Talent Management:

Leading talent acquisition, development,



and succession planning efforts to build a solid and capable workforce.

Performance Management:

Advising on performance management strategies, providing coaching and feedback to managers, and driving performance improvement initiatives.

Employee Relations:

Managing employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.

HR Expertise:

Providing expertise in areas like compensation, organizational development, and HR policies and procedures.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Providing coaching and mentorship to HR teams and business leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
