Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack (Golang+React) Developer for one of our clients.

You will be responsible for designing and developing complex, scalable web applications from end-to-end, leveraging a diverse polyglot stack including Go, and/or JavaScript with React. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding and architectural design.

Location: NCR, India. Work from the office in Noida.

Our expectations of the candidate

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in full-stack development.
- Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Go for building high-concurrency systems.
- Frontend Expertise: Advanced skills in React and JavaScript, including state management (Redux or Context API).
- Database Proficiency: Proven experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization) and MongoDB.
- Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Tools:



Familiarity with up-to-date development workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- English: Upper-Intermediate.
- Working time zone: IST.

Responsibilities and tasks

- System Design: Architect and develop robust, scalable microservices and APIs using Go and JavaScript.
- Frontend Excellence: Lead the development of responsive and performant user interfaces using React and up-to-date JavaScript (ES6+).
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage data models across both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- API Development: Build and integrate secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between client and server.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for engineering best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.
- Reliability: Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for maximum speed and scalability.
