Sr. Full-Stack AI Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop cloud-native full-stack AI components and backend services.

- Build structure-aware, page-aware document extraction pipelines using Azure AI Document Intelligence for complex PDF/DOCX documents.

- Architect and deploy asynchronous Review Orchestration Runtime using Azure Container Apps and Azure Service Bus.

- Design and configure dual indexes in Azure AI Search for submitted document evidence and authoritative framework references.

- Implement hybrid keyword/vector retrieval and rule-scoped search queries.

- Develop and fine-tune Microsoft Foundry prompt templates and structured JSON output schemas.

- Implement evidence-grounded AI finding generation, missing-evidence fallbacks, and model/prompt version stamping.

- Build citation and schema validation mechanisms to validate AI findings against retrieved source text and framework clauses.

- Design and maintain Dataverse data models covering Review Runs, Rule Versions, AI Findings, Evidence, and Specialist Decisions.

- Integrate Dataverse with ISMS and Power Apps workflows.

- Configure security, identity, and observability controls using Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

- Optimize system throughput and token usage.

- Participate in UAT, release hardening, and production readiness activities.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack AI and software engineering.

- Strong experience delivering scalable and secure AI software solutions for enterprise users.

- Deep expertise in RAG architecture, vector search,



hybrid retrieval, and enterprise search.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and custom embedding models.

- Strong full-stack proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Node.js/NestJS, and React.

- Robust experience with Microsoft Azure cloud-native application development.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Microsoft Foundry endpoints.

- Extensive experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), document layout parsing, structure-aware chunking, and text extraction.

- Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence.

- Experience designing relational data models in Dataverse.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Experience building automated evaluation harnesses, citation validators, structured output schema enforcement, and telemetry monitoring.

- Experience with Application Insights and Log Analytics.

Additional Skills:

- Peer-reviewed research publications in computer vision, neural networks, or text recognition algorithms.

- Experience as an AI Technical Lead or Data Science Lead.

- Experience guiding architecture decisions, model evaluation, and production optimization.

- Experience delivering AI solutions within a client tenant environment.

- Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure AI integrations.

- Docker/containerization experience.

- CI/CD pipeline experience.

- Automated testing framework experience.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
