Officer, SME Fulfilment supports Business Private Bank Operations by preparing and reviewing documentation for lending products. The role completes routine document checks, validates information against standard requirements, supports accurate, timely outcomes while following procedures, controls and service expectations.

What will your day look like

As an Officer - SME Fulfilment, you will be accountable for:

- Document preparation and review: Complete allocated lending product documentation activities, including preparing documents, checking completeness and validating details.
- Accuracy and service: Process work accurately, within agreed timeframes, and support consistent outcomes for customers, frontline teams and internal stakeholders.
- Risk and compliance: Follow procedures, controls, privacy requirements and quality standards when handling customer and account information.
- Escalation and learning:



Escalate exceptions or unclear instructions and continue building capability through training, coaching and feedback.

What will you bring To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Exposure to banking, finance, operations, administration or customer service.
- Basic awareness of lending products, document preparation, document review or loan administration processes.
- Experience using checklists, standard procedures, workflow queues or case management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Basic customer service, communication and computer literacy skills.
- Ability to manage allocated work, meet timeframes and escalate when support is required.
- Awareness of privacy, confidentiality, data handling and operational compliance requirements.
