About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that are scalable, reliable, and performance-driven.

You will work closely with the internal product, development, backend, and QA teams to convertproduct requirements into well-designed and efficient mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Develop new product features based on business and product requirements.
- Enhance existing features to improve functionality, usability, and performance.
- Build scalable and maintainable mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Ensure smooth integration with REST APIs, backend services, and third-party SDKs.
- Participate in the complete product development lifecycle, from development to release.

Ads Monetization Integration

- Implement and maintain mobile advertising SDKs within Flutter applications.
- Integrate and manage ad formats such as Banner Ads, Interstitial Ads, Rewarded Ads, and Native Ads.
- Work with platforms such as Google AdMob and other relevant advertising networks.
- Optimize ad placement and implementation while maintaining a smooth user experience.
- Troubleshoot ad loading, rendering, integration, and monetization-related issues.
- Implement appropriate ad configurations based on product requirements and user experience.
- Monitor and optimize ad-related performance as required.

Technical Ownership

- Take ownership of assigned product modules and features.
- Understand product requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Make appropriate technical decisions related to application development and implementation.
- Identify technical challenges and proactively develop suitable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, crashes, and performance problems.
- Ensure applications remain stable, responsive, and scalable as the product grows.





Code Quality Architecture

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Follow Flutter and Dart best practices and established coding standards.
- Implement appropriate architecture and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development quality across the codebase.
- Refactor and optimize existing code wherever required.
- Ensure proper error handling, testing, and edge-case management.

Performance Optimization

- Monitor and improve application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
- Optimize application startup time, memory usage, API calls, and overall user experience.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure consistent application behavior across different devices and OS versions.

Product Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Backend, QA, UI/UX, and other internal teams.
- Collaborate with backend developers for API design, integration, and feature implementation.
- Coordinate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues before releases.
- Provide technical inputs during product discussions and feature planning.
- Assist junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.

Release Maintenance

- Participate in application build, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Monitor production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
- Maintain existing product features and implement improvements based on product requirements.
- Ensure application releases meet defined quality and stability standards.

Required Skills Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.




- Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Google AdMob or other mobile advertising platforms.
- Valuable understanding of state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or similar.
- Experience with Firebase services and mobile application tools.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
- Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience working on product-based applications.
- Experience with mobile app monetization and ad optimization.
- Experience integrating multiple advertising networks or mediation platforms.
- Experience in building and scaling applications with a growing user base.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and mobile application release pipelines.
- Experience with payment gateways, analytics, push notifications, deep linking, or other third- party SDK integrations.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Familiarity with automated testing and Flutter testing frameworks.
