About the Role

We are looking for a Sr Forward Deployed Engineer who enjoys solving customer problems using technology.

You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, build the right technical solution, and take it from idea to production. This is a hands-on role where you will work across software, APIs, cloud, data, and AI.

What You’ll Do

- Understand customer problems and turn them into technical solutions.
- Design, build, integrate, and deploy solutions.
- Develop and work with APIs, applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues in production.
- Work with AI/GenAI and automation where required.
- Work closely with customers, Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Take ownership of solutions from problem to production.
- Continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback.
- Explain technical solutions clearly to customers and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Integration, Implementation, or Technical Consulting.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.




- Positive understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or automation is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and solving ambiguous problems.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

What Does a Successful FDE Look Like?

Understand the problem → Design the solution → Build it → Integrate it → Deploy it → Debug it → Improve it → Demonstrate business impact
