- Ensure Adherence to labor tax laws, Workers Compensation Insurance Audit, payroll tax audit
- Manage Accounts Payable
- Mentor and direct accounting and payroll teams, establishing internal controls.
- Deep understating of gross margin analysis,
bill to pay ratios, markup rates and contingenet labor metrics.
- Ability to present financial health metrics and strategic growth options to the leadership
- Production of weekly, monthly and/or annual reports for managers, directors and senior members of staff.
- These reports are accompanied by commentary offering business and process improvement suggestions.
