We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, and team coordination while ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Monitor daily stock movement and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate with logistics, production, retail, and operations teams for timely dispatches
- Supervise packing, labeling, and shipment processes
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification
- Maintain warehouse discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards
- Prepare MIS reports related to stock, dispatch, and inventory status
- Handle vendor and transporter coordination when required
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems
- Good communication and team handling skills
