Urgent Hiring: Sr. Executive – Instrumentation

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Instrumentation & Control Engineering (UGC Approved / Regular Course)

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

CTC: ₹5–8 LPA

Location: Padra, Vadodara

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Instrumentation with relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance and plant operations in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of plant equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments, control valves, transmitters, sensors, and control systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor instrumentation systems to ensure plant reliability and smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot PLC/DCS-related instrumentation issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Perform calibration and testing of instruments as per required standards.




- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Mechanical, and EHS teams.
- Maintain instrumentation records, reports, calibration schedules, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support shutdown, commissioning, modification, and improvement activities.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
