? WE ARE HIRING: Manager – Finance & Business Control (FP&A;, Reporting & Compliance)

Are you a CA looking for a high-impact role that combines strategic business partnering with core financial control?

We are looking for a sharp, driven Chartered Accountant (3–6 years post-qualification) to join our team in a dual-capacity role driving both FP&A; and Financial Reporting & Compliance across our manufacturing operations.

? Role Highlights

- Impact: Direct exposure to the CFO, MD, and Board—shaping AOPs, pricing strategies, and capex decisions.
- Scope: Own the month-end close, Ind AS reporting, and SEBI/LODR compliances while business-partnering with plant operations.
- Leadership: Supervise a team of 2–3 finance executives.
- Growth: Structured path to Senior Manager / AGM Finance within 3–4 years.

? Key Responsibilities 1. Business Finance & FP&A;

- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts across all segments (solar pumps, agri/industrial pumps, motors, exports).
- Prepare monthly MIS decks (revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, variance analysis).
- Product, segment, and customer-wise profitability analysis to guide pricing and discount strategies.
- Cost analysis: tracking raw material prices (copper, steel, polymers), conversion costs, and plant productivity.
- Build IRR/NPV models for Capex, expansion, and backward-integration projects.
- Manage working capital, receivables (including PM-KUSUM government schemes), and rolling cash-flow models.

2. Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

- Lead monthly, quarterly,



and annual book closures and consolidation under Ind AS (handling Ind AS 115, 116, 109, warranties, etc.).
- Oversee fixed asset registers, capitalization, and CWIP tracking.
- Prepare quarterly results in SEBI LODR format and draft financial sections for the Annual Report (MD&A;, RPT disclosures).

3. Compliance, Audits & Systems

- Anchor statutory, internal, tax, and IFC audits; manage Audit Committee & Board papers.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across SEBI, MCA, RBI (FEMA), and GST/direct tax reconciliations.
- Partner with IT to strengthen ERP controls and build reporting dashboards (Power BI / Excel).

? Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in FP&A; or reporting in a manufacturing setup. Big 4 / large audit firm background or listed entity experience is a robust plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong command over Ind AS, Schedule III, Companies Act 2013, and SEBI LODR.
- Tools: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, ERP (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics), and Power BI.
- Mindset: Commercial acumen, willingness to engage with plant operations, and comfort with occasional manufacturing unit travel.
