We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – D2C Logistics to manage end-to-end logistics and order fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and shipment processing.

Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely deliveries.

Track shipments and ensure delivery within defined TAT/SLA.

Handle RTO, NDR and reverse logistics activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for order and dispatch issues.

Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related escalations.

Manage customer and logistics-related escalations.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports using Excel.

Monitor logistics performance and identify operational issues.

Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, courier partners and internal teams.

Requirements

3–4 years of relevant experience in D2C / E-commerce Logistics.

Hands-on experience in order fulfilment, shipment tracking, RTO/NDR and reverse logistics.

Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple logistics activities efficiently.

Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
