Job Summary

Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced

Senior Estimation Engineer to join ourEstimation team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, analysingdrawings and requirements, calculating material and manufacturing costs, and coordinating with Design,R&D;, Purchase, Production, and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical estimation and manufacturing processes

, preferably with experience in furniture, modular kitchen, sheet metal, stainless steel,

interior products, or similar manufacturing industries

.

Key Responsibilities

Study technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements for estimation.

Prepare accurate material, labour, manufacturing, and project cost estimates

.

Calculate quantities of

SS sheets, hardware, accessories, profiles, glass, fittings, and other materials

.

Prepare and review

BOQ, BOM, costing sheets, and estimation reports

.

Analyse drawings and identify material requirements, fabrication processes, and productionrequirements.

Coordinate with

Design/R&D;, Purchase, Production, PPC, QC, and Sales teams for accuratecosting.

Obtain and evaluate material prices from the Purchase team and suppliers.

Prepare quotations and support the Sales/Business Development team with technical costing inputs.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or specifications.

Verify estimates and costing before submission to management/customer.

Maintain estimation records and update costing based on changes in material prices andmanufacturing processes.





Handle multiple projects and ensure estimates are completed within defined timelines.

Support management in cost analysis, product pricing, and feasibility studies

.

Participate in recent product development and provide costing inputs for new designs.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing processes

.

Good understanding of sheet metal, stainless steel, fabrication, cutting, bending, welding,

assembly, and finishing processes.

Strong knowledge of material quantity calculation and costing.

Ability to read and understand 2D/3D engineering drawings.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and costing sheets.

Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar CAD software will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, calculation, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimation projects.

Mandatory Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

4–8 years of relevant experience – Mandatory.

Experience in manufacturing / furniture / modular kitchen / sheet metal / stainless steel /

interior products or similar industry will be preferred.

Strong experience in estimation, costing, BOQ/BOM, and material calculation.

Candidate must be from Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, or Ambernath.

Candidate should be comfortable working at the Kuche7 manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, technical skills, current CTC, and relevant industry experience.
