Designation: Sr. Engineer Tendering

Key Responsibilities

Handle tendering, EOI, open tender identification and proposal submissions.

Review tender documents, technical/commercial requirements and contractual terms.

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, bid documents and techno-commercial proposals.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors during the tendering process.

Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and support negotiations.

Track labour, steel, copper, nickel, commodity prices and currency exchange rates.

Identify project risks, assumptions and contingencies during estimation.

Maintain records of estimates, assumptions and tender submissions.

- Participate in pre-bid meetings,



site visits and client interactions.

Qualification

7 years+ of relevant experience in Tendering / Proposal Management.

Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering preferred.

Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering / Industrial Projects preferred.

Robust knowledge of tender preparation, estimation, costing and proposal submission.

Good understanding of technical & commercial tender documents.

Strong analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
