Responsible for machine shop programming and production activities

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Setting of new job on VMC / HMC
- Set up change planning as per plan.
- To check machine, fixture and casting availability.
- Plan and ensure Fixture unloading & loading activity as per norm.
- Tool change planning. Remove previous tooling and load new tooling as per part requirement.
- Machining programming & First piece cutting.
- First piece inspection & CMM.
- Ensure Corrections as per CMM report.
- Final inspection & Clearance for series production.
- To monitoring Quality for series production. (Makino/ BFW / MAZAK CNC )
- Fanuc and Mazak Programming for New part & Regular part
- If required adjustment in process parameters & Changes in Programme
- Cycle Time Reduction.
- Rejection control by using various techniques
- Responsible for BFW and Mazak machines all setups activities

Functional Requirements :





- Knowledge of all machine shop HMC/VMC setup activities to run the shop smoothly and effectively
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / EMS / OHSAS 14001:18001 / EnMs system and documentation

1. Education - DME / B.E Mechanical
2. Experience - More than 5 Years in machine shop
