About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr ETL QA Tester with over 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL testing, SQL, data validation, and quality assurance processes, with a deep understanding of data warehousing and transformation concepts.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes.

- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows across multiple data sources and targets.

- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across systems.

- Write complex SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot issues.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure accurate testing coverage.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.

- Optimize SQL queries for performance and accuracy.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in ETL testing or a similar QA role.





- Solid proficiency in SQL and experience with query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with database management systems (Oracle Snowflake)

- Autosys job scheduling, Python Scripting

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, architectures, and ETL processes.

- Experience with data validation frameworks and data quality tools.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with QA tools like HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Good to have

- Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python)

- Exposure to AI tools relevant to QA
