Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare, develop and maintain Project Baseline Schedule in line with project scope, contract milestones and execution strategy.

- Develop detailed WBS, activity schedules, resource loading and project execution plans.

- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

- Monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify delays, slippages and critical activities.

- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and management MIS.

- Track project physical and financial progress, productivity and planned vs. actual performance.

- Prepare Look-Ahead Plans, recovery schedules and catch-up plans for delayed activities.

- Identify Critical Path, Near-Critical Activities and Schedule Risks and coordinate with project teams for corrective action.

- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, QA/QC and Subcontractors to obtain accurate progress inputs.

- Prepare S-Curves, Progress Curves, Histograms, Manpower/Resource Reports and Productivity Reports.

- Monitor procurement and material-related activities affecting project milestones.





- Track engineering/design approvals, material approvals, drawings and site execution dependencies.

- Prepare delay analysis and support the project team in developing EOT / Extension of Time and schedule-related documentation, wherever required.

- Conduct regular progress review meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with action points.

- Ensure project planning data is updated accurately and submitted within defined reporting timelines.

- Coordinate with client/consultant representatives regarding planning, progress and milestone achievement.

- Support Project Manager / Planning Manager in project forecasting, risk identification and mitigation planning.

- Maintain proper documentation of schedules, revisions, progress records and planning-related correspondence.

- Candidates with experience in Airport / Aviation Infrastructure Projects will be preferred

- Coordination with multiple agencies and stakeholders in operational/airport environments
