Nachiyar Construction Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and modifying architectural and civil engineering drawings for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and construction drawings for residential buildings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, site engineers, and project teams.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and compliance with project specifications.
- Incorporate client requirements and design revisions into drawings.
- Prepare door and window schedules, staircase details, and other construction details.
- Ensure drawings are updated and issued to the site team on time.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.




- Assist the team in resolving drawing-related issues during construction.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant drafting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience in residential building drawings and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D drafting software will be an advantage.
- Experience in preparing working drawings for residential buildings.
- Ability to understand site requirements and coordinate drawing revisions.
