Job Role: Senior E-commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, Quick Commerce, and D2C operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, FirstCry, and Quick Commerce platforms, along with experience in catalog management, marketplace operations, PPC advertising, sales coordination, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, FirstCry, Quick Commerce platforms, and D2C channels.
- Manage and maintain product catalogs, including product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure accurate and timely cataloging and product uploads across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
- Monitor product visibility, listing health, stock availability, pricing, and marketplace performance.
- Manage and monitor PPC advertising campaigns across relevant marketplaces.
- Track PPC performance and assist in optimizing campaigns based on key metrics and business objectives.
- Monitor marketplace sales, orders, revenue, inventory, and other key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales, marketplace, and performance reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, product information, orders, and other marketplace requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in catalog, pricing, inventory, orders, and marketplace data and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Assist in improving product listings, search visibility, and overall marketplace presence.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams and support channels for issue resolution.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, offers, and marketplace events.




- Monitor Quick Commerce operations, including product availability, catalog updates, inventory, and order-related requirements.
- Ensure marketplace and D2C operations are aligned with company sales and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to e-commerce operations.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and FirstCry.
- Experience working with Quick Commerce platforms will be preferred.
- Experience managing D2C e-commerce operations.
- Solid understanding of catalog management and product listing.
- Good knowledge of PPC advertising and campaign management on marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
- FirstCry PPC/advertising experience will be an added advantage and preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in marketplace operations and PPC advertising.
- Experience managing a high-volume product catalog.
- Experience with Quick Commerce platforms and their operational processes.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards and seller portals.
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving marketplace issues.
- Strong ownership of e-commerce operations, marketplace performance, and sales growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
