Role Overview

Purpose of Role: We are seeking an experienced Software Developer, the successful candidate will have solid software development background in ASP.NET Core, Azure and Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

- Responsibility for consulting, gathering, scoping and documenting business requirement; Application Design, Support Development

- Perform impact and risk assessments for the planned projects tasks

- Delivery of projects and services on time and budget

- End to End ownership and accountability for the implementation and execution of projects and tasks

- Maintaining pro-active communication during the implementation

- Adherence and compliance to the defined processes and tasks assigned

- Working with consultants, developers and business stakeholders as necessary to achieve business objectives

- Implementing best practice in security and SDLC In your everyday tasks

Essential

- 5+ years in Dynamics 365 ASP.NET and development

- Strong knowledge of C# and client-side scripting including JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, JSON and CSS

- Strong knowledge of database engines Including Dataverse, MS SQL and Azure SQL

- Scalable, cloud-first development in Microsoft Azure with a particular focus on App Service, Azure Functions,



Logic Apps/Power Automate and Azure SQL.

- Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies using Azure DevOps Services, including work item tracking and CI/CD pipelines.

- Must have hands-on development skills in Dynamics 365 CE/Sales and Power Platform, including configuration, customisation, integration, and solution deployment using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

- Fundamental understanding of AI concepts, with demonstrated exposure to applying AI capabilities in real business or technology projects.

- Innovative mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and apply new technologies to solve business problems.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsPassion and focus for customer service, and a do whatever it takes attitude and proactive approach

- Excellent analytical, lateral thinking and research skills, with strong ownership of complex tasks through to resolution

- End to End ownership and accountability for the implementation and execution of projects

- Strong coordination skills and ability for multi-tasking

- Proven ability to work within and across various teams

- Capability to build and maintain relationships with customers and staff
