Technical Team Lead Mobile Application Development Concise JD Summary Role: Hands-on Technical Team Lead responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, securing, and supporting enterprise mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end mobile application development, enhancement, release, and production support.

- Provide technical leadership across native iOSAndroid and cross-platform mobile technologies.

- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, defect resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

- Ensure compliance with Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, AppSecOps, CICD, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Security, Cloud, and Operations teams.

- Lead RCA, incident management, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Native Mobile: SwiftObjective-C iOS, KotlinJava Android.

- Cross-Platform: React Native, Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin, or .NET MAUI.





- Robust knowledge of mobile architecture patterns MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture.

- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication, push notifications, local storage, performance optimization, and app store deployments.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CICD pipelines, SonarQube, and security tooling.

- Working knowledge of AzureAWS, DevSecOps, AppSecOps, and ITSM processes.

- Experience 8+ years in software development.

- 5+ years in mobile application development.

- 2+ years in Technical Lead Team Lead role.

- Experience in production support, release management, and application maintenance.

- BFSI, FinTech, Banking, Insurance, AMC, Wealth Management, or other regulated domain experience preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Hands-on technical leader with strong delivery ownership.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc..

- Strong stakeholder management, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
