- Modelling of field instruments such as flow, pressure, temperature, level, and FG equipment. For the same, interpret PIDs (Piping Instrumentation Diagrams) and ensure design consistency.
- Modelling of cableways e.g. cable tray, ducts, conduits.
- Work closely with process, electrical, piping, and instrument engineers to integrate instrumentation into plant design.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct 3D model reviews with clients.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) for procurement and construction
- Prepare instrumentation design deliverables including:
- - Instrument location layouts - field
- Fire Gas (FG) equipment location layouts - field
- Instrument rack room/ control room layouts
- Hook-up drawings
- Cable routing layouts
- Installation typical, process hook-ups
- Support construction teams with technical clarifications and field modifications.
Software/design tools skills Proficiency in following software as minimum:
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines and commitment to quality.
