Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Manage performance marketing campaigns for residential real estate projects.

- Generate quality leads while optimizing CPL and campaign performance.

- Manage audience targeting, ad creatives, placements and campaign budgets.

- Monitor and analyze CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversions and lead quality.

- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns.

- Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams to track lead quality, lead status and conversions.

- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rate and ROI.

Candidate Profile:





- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Marketing.

- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Real Estate / Property industry experience will be preferred.

- Experience in lead generation campaigns is mandatory.

- Solid analytical skills with knowledge of digital marketing metrics.

- Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting and budget management.

Pay: ₹9,978.79 - ₹33,782.49 per month
