Megamet is the largest timber distributor, which has operations PAN India. The company is headquartered in Mumbai and is involved in the import, distribution and supply of sawn timber products. The company’s head office is in Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Role Purpose The Sr. CRM Executive will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships and ensuring smooth coordination from order confirmation to delivery and payment collection. The role will act as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounts and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track orders from confirmation through procurement, shipment, documentation, warehouse receipt and final delivery.
- Provide regular and proactive updates to customers regarding order and delivery status.




- Coordinate required invoices, packing lists, shipping and delivery documents with relevant teams.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Accounts for outstanding payments.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate critical or recurring issues to Management.
- Maintain customer records, order trackers, complaints, feedback and follow-up details.
- Understand customer requirements, buying patterns and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Share customer feedback and important market information with the Sales/Marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 2–3years of experience in CRM / Client Servicing / Sales Coordination.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel / CRM tools.
- Familier with the tamil language
- Ability to coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
