About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Writer & Producer to create high-converting video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

This is not a traditional content writing role. You’ll own the creative process from customer insight → concept → script → production → final creative, while continuously improving ads based on performance data.

What You’ll Do

- Develop performance-driven ad concepts and strong hooks
- Write short-form video and UGC ad scripts
- Work with creators and video editors to produce ads
- Create multiple creative variations for testing
- Review creatives and provide performance-focused feedback




- Analyze creative performance and improve concepts based on data

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory: D2C / consumer brand experience
- Strong preference for Beauty, Skincare, Wellness or Personal Care experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response advertising
- Proven experience writing high-converting video ad scripts
- Understanding of UGC, hooks, creative testing and conversion-focused content
- Creative thinker with a strong data-driven mindset
