This is not a conventional role. You will be part of the CMD Committee, directly owning and partnering with key business functions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of strong experience in consulting / operations / business excellence roles
- High ownership mindset with execution focus
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
- Structured thinking with problem-solving orientation
- Experience in retail / quick-paced industries is a plus
