Your key responsibilities

- Co-lead market engagement, lead requirements gathering, translate business requirements into analytics requirements and develop working prototypes of analytics solutions that can be added as a module or evolve certain module of the core Trade Promotion Optimization and/or Pricing Optimization Analytics product.

- Own and govern the design of the global product roadmap.

- Work with multiple internal and external teams to develop and deploy into various markets as identified by the roadmap.

- Working with senior leaders from client organization to understand business problems, design needs and delivering excellent analytical solutions to address trade spend problems.

- Lead a team of 20+ on delivering the solutions in multiple global locations.

- Accountable for innovating at least 1-2 new data and analytic methodologies driven by global needs.





- Governs on-time in full delivery of all deployments and global rollout of the product as per the rollout plan and delivery of the budget (ensure no over-underspends).

- Support the change management as required to ensure landing product.
