Responsibilities
- Strong technical understanding of MA tax advisory, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal support. Ability to analyze complex tax implications across mergers, acquisitions,
and related corporate restructuring activities. Working knowledge of indirect and direct tax concepts relevant to transaction advisory engagements. Experience in preparing tax reviews, identifying key tax risks, and supporting documentation for client deliverables. Exposure to broader tax advisory work with the ability to apply core tax principles in quick-paced consulting environments.
