Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Consultant - Microsoft 365 Azure Administrator with 8+ years of expertise in managing Microsoft 365 environments and Azure infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for administration, security, troubleshooting, migration, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage Azure services including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Azure Site Recovery.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity governance.
- Manage Microsoft 365 security, compliance, policies, and access controls.
- Perform Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams migrations and troubleshooting.
- Monitor Azure resources, performance, availability, and security.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure issues.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting.
- Work with security and networking teams to implement enterprise cloud security standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical assessments, and solution design.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures,



and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Provide technical leadership and support to junior administrators.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of Azure VMs, Networking, Storage, Backup, Monitoring, and Site Recovery.
- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, SSO, and identity/security management.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration and hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of Azure security, governance, and compliance.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals/Associate
