About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI Transformation initiatives, bridging the SAP, Databricks, and Palantir Foundry ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to design and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI and data transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Define enterprise data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design integrated solutions spanning Databricks, Palantir Foundry, and SAP platforms.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
- Provide thought leadership on modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and Generative AI.
- Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client presentations.
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive solution design, delivery and its oversight and value realization discussions.

Required Skills & ExperienceCore Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation programs.

Databricks

- Robust hands-on and consulting expertise in Databricks, including Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, data engineering, machine learning, and GenAI solutions.

Palantir Foundry

- Good understanding of Palantir Foundry, including ontology-driven data models, operational analytics, decision intelligence, and enterprise workflow integration.

SAP

- Solid knowledge of SAP landscapes, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Data Intelligence.
- Experience integrating SAP data with modern AI and analytics platforms.

Architecture & Solution Design





- Experience designing enterprise AI and analytics architectures connecting SAP, Databricks, and Palantir ecosystems.

AI/ML Expertise

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI governance, and MLOps best practices.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

- Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather business requirements, define AI use cases, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, architects, and delivery teams.

Domain Experience (Preferred)

- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, or life sciences domains is highly advantageous.

Business Impact

- Ability to drive pre-sales activities, solution design, delivery oversight, and value realization discussions with clients.
