Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr.Consultant – Leadership Hiring to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for senior and leadership mandates across the Indian market. The role will involve ensuring high-quality candidate delivery, and partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to close complex leadership roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and preferably team handling within the staffing or executive search industry.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Hiring Delivery

- Manage end-to-end delivery for leadership and niche hiring mandates across industries
- Identify and engage senior-level candidates through research, networking, and headhunting
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified leadership talent to clients

Team Management

- Lead and mentor a lean team of recruiters
- Allocate mandates, track delivery progress, and ensure team productivity
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies and candidate engagement

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand leadership hiring requirements
- Maintain solid communication with clients on candidate pipelines and market insights




- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality and timely delivery

Delivery Excellence

- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for leadership roles
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks
- Track team performance and delivery metrics

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in staffing / executive search / leadership hiring
- Experience handling CXO, Director, VP, and senior leadership roles
- Proven experience in team handling and mentoring recruiters
- Strong headhunting, research, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
