Job Title: IT-CMF- Training and Assessment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT-CMF specialist to drive the maturity of our IT capabilities through the effective implementation of the capability maturity framework. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, defining and optimizing IT processes across organization to enhance efficiency, quality and alignment with business objectives. Candidate has a holistic business-led approach that enables performance across the IT function to be managed consistently and comprehensively support for the development of enduring IT capabilities with a primary focus on achieving business agility, innovation and value.

Qualifications

· Graduation/Post graduation in, Computers, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information technology systems.

· 7 to 10+ years of work experience in cyber security /Information security project, with progressive work experience in cybersecurity and GRC/Cybersecurity, content development, training expert At least one technical certification (CCNA/ CISA / CISM / CISSP /Etc)

· Have a any relevant certification related to IT-CMF or equivalent certification

· At Least one cyber security certification (IT-CMF/CMMI/ ITIL /etc.)

· Experience with Network Security design and Active Directory management and architecture.

· Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework is strongly preferred.

· Knowledge of banking business and information technology practices and trends in banking sector

· Understanding of technology-related issues and how they might impact business;

· Awareness of appropriate local laws and regulations dealing with technology.





· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· Strong analytic skills and business judgment with ability to independently assess and resolve complex program/project issues.

· Experience in managing complex migration project involving End-User setting, Server and Storage Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure.

Skills Required

· Ensure to adhere IT-CMF standards and compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct regular audits to verify process conformity.

· Having a better understanding of maturity at the Capability Building Block and Macro-Capabilities.

· Strong understanding of managing projects related to IT-CMF implementation also able to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goal.

· Work Celebratedly with diverse team to ensure the adoption of IT-CMF processes.

· Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

· Understanding and apply process management principle and ability to design document and improve IT process.

· Able to analyse data and metrics to access process maturity and identify area of improvement also use quantitively and qualitive analysis for decision making.

· Strong understanding of critical PM concepts such as activity plans, milestones, task dependencies, risk and issue tracking, status reporting.

· Ability to effectively lead an engagement team, making effective and efficient use of project resources, identifying and resolving complex problems/issues related to people, processes, and technology and strategy, both internally (organizational) and externally (client/engagement/project).

· Strong understanding of, and ability to execute project management methodologies and tools.
