Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive community relations strategies to enhance companys reputation and community engagement

- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies

- Identify and support community initiatives and programs aligning with companys values and goals

- Coordinate and participate in community events, sponsorships, and volunteer activities

- Manage community relations budgets and resources

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align community relations efforts with business objectives

- Track and report on impact and effectiveness of community relations initiatives

- Serve as a spokesperson for the company in communityrelated matters





- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community relations

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- 5+ years of experience

- Expert with comprehensive knowledge in a specific area or leadership position

- Works under minimal supervision

- Provide guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports

- Lead project teams within the business

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful community relations strategies

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

- Experience in managing budgets and resources
