Job Title: ASIA Infra Support

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Infra Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for our Zscaler, AVD and O365 implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of these technologies and proven track record of success in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

· Graduation/Post graduation in, Computers, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information technology systems.

· 10+ years of work experience in infrastructure implementation, support with Zscaler, AVD and O365.

· At least one technical certification (CCNA/MCSE/RHCE/Etc).

· Strong understanding of networking, virtualization and cloud technologies.

· Experience with Zscaler, AVD and O365.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

· Strong analytic skills and business judgment with ability to independently assess and resolve complex program/project issues.

· Knowledge of banking business and information technology practices and trends in banking sector.

Skills Required

· Strong understanding of Zscaler architecture, configuration and troubleshooting.

· Expertise in Microsoft azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment, management and troubleshooting.

· Proficient in Office 365 applications, Azure Active Directory and security configurations.

· In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing and security.

· Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.

· Ability to write scripts to automate tasks and manage infrastructure.

· Understanding of cloud concepts such as Infrastructure as Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skill to interact with users,



vendors and management.

· Ability to prioritize the tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly acquire recent skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

· Full professional proficiency in English.

· Capability to develop professional documents in the form of reports, analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and guidance to Zscaler, AVD and O365 implementation.

· Monitor Zscaler performance and identify potential issue.

· Implement and configure Zscaler policies to enforce security requirements.

· Design, deploy and manage AVD environment.

· Configure and manage AVD user profiles and access permeations.

· Optimize AVD performance and resource utilization.

· Troubleshoot and resolve AVD-related issues including connectivity problems and application compatibility issues.

· Deploy and manage O365 tenants and services.

· Configure and manage azure active Directory for user authentication and authorization.

· Implement and enforce security policies for Microsoft O365 environments.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zscaler, AVD and O365 feature and updates.

· Manage and maintain documentation for to Zscaler, AVD and O365 implementation.

Working with vendors to resolve technical issue s and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
