Required Skills and Experience

- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in handling client communication and negotiations.
- Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience

Preferred Skills and Experience -In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems

-Experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations

-Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written

-Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related fields

-Windows Server certification
