We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and result-oriented Senior Bench Sales Recruiter/ OPT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad.

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Night Shift | EST Time Zone

? Key Responsibilities

- Market and place IT Bench Consultants, including H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, OPT, and CPT consultants , with Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
- Manage the complete Bench Sales and Marketing process , from identifying requirements to successful placements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients .
- Identify suitable job requirements through various job portals and match them with available consultants.
- Source, screen, and submit consultant profiles based on client requirements.
- Negotiate competitive rates and coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Track submissions, interviews, requirements, and placements while maintaining accurate records.
- Build and maintain a strong network of US IT Staffing Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Clients .
- Maintain and regularly update vendor/contact databases and generate new leads through networking and market research.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, SimplyHired,



TechFetch , and other relevant job portals.
- Develop long-term relationships with vendors and implementation partners to ensure timely placement of bench consultants.
- Work with consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 arrangements.
- Utilize multiple marketing channels, including data mining, networking, research, sourcing, and requirement gathering .

? Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales/Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process .
- Good knowledge of the US staffing market, vendors, implementation partners, and client networks .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving results.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements and submissions simultaneously.

? Compensation Competitive Salary based on Previous CTC + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
