Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sr Bartender to lead our bar team and enhance the guest experience at LUPA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of beverages, outstanding mixology skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fine dining setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including signature cocktails and wines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies.




- Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with management on recent drink concepts and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field, specializing in bartending or mixology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
