These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Salesforce onboarding process for new employees and users.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and department heads to align onboarding activities with organizational goals.
- Customize Salesforce user profiles, roles, and permissions to fit business requirements.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce training sessions and create user guides, FAQs, and tutorials.
- Assist users with initial data migration and setup tasks during onboarding.
- Monitor user adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve onboarding processes.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems to Salesforce Admin or Development teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for onboarding procedures and Salesforce configurations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement onboarding best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).




- Proven experience with Salesforce platform (Admin certification preferred).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, data models, and security settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to train diverse user groups.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Basic understanding of data migration and integration concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
