As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Performance Management and Goal Management templates, forms, and workflows.

- Set up Goal Plans, rating scales, route maps, and performance evaluation forms.

- Manage Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and 360-degree feedback loops.

- Establish calibration settings to standardize performance ratings across departments and reduce evaluation bias

- SPCDP (Succession Planning Career Development) Configuration

- Design succession data models, nomination workflows,



and critical position management frameworks.

- Develop talent pools and matrix grid reports (9-box grids) to evaluate high-potential employees (HiPos).

- Configure Career Worksheets, competency mapping architectures, and personalized development plans.

- Enable mentoring programs and seamless integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to capture system requirements and align tool features with company talent strategies.

- Edit XML templates and construct Meta Data Framework (MDF) foundation objects, workflows, and business rules.

- Oversee testing cycles, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-go-live support, manage ticket resolutions under strict SLAs, and review bi-annual SAP release updates.
