Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in Market Research Data Processing Tabulation.
- Hands-on expertise in Quantum, SPSS, weighting, coding, and data merging.
- Experience managing 8-10 projects independently.
- Exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing studies.

- Resolve issues proactively and maintain project quality standards.
Other Responsibilities (15%)
- Attend training and follow organizational processes.
- Manage programmatic platform updates.
- Support invoicing and project closure activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor s Degree (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Management preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and weekends.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability.
