Analyse financial information and summarize financial status. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. Maintain general ledger by transferring group accounts, preparing trial balance, and reconciling entries.

Compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other legal requirements. Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns to comply with the law. Plan, assign and review staffs workplan. Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.

Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential. Maintain and balance group accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.





Support month-end and year-end close process. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the manager s attention.

Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending. Assisting with annual audit preparations. Complete external audit by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.

Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. Maintain and record fixed assets.
