Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Manage Tally/ERP accounting and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS,



bank reconciliation and other statutory records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly reports, ledgers and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank, vendor and customer accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and collections.
- Assist in monthly closing and audit-related work.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with management, vendors and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Requirements:

- 7–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting work.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Location: Old Grain Market, Railway Road, Nawanshahr

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, as per experience
