Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant Hands-on experience with Control‑M job monitoring and scheduling.

Working knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, tables, basic performance checks).

Experience in L1/L2 production support and batch operations.

Understanding of ETL/ SSIS packages nice to have.

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Understanding of batch dependencies, data flows, and SLA management.

Good communication skills for incident coordination and status reporting.

Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and support batch processing schedules using Control‑M.

Identify, analyze, and resolve job failures, delays,



and SLA breaches.

Perform job restarts, reruns, and dependency checks as per Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and upstream/downstream teams during incidents.

Provide operational support for MS SQL Server, including basic health checks and validation.

Execute data verification, query checks, and support data-related incident resolution.

Maintain accurate run books, incident logs, and operational documentation.
