"1. 6+ years of total experience with 3+ years in SQL Server DBA or similar role
- Extensive experience in shouldering responsibility for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems
- Experience with Performance Tuning, Optimization, backups, restores and recovery
- Experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
- Provide suggestions for solutions
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile Methodology
