SQA Team Lead / QA Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SQA Team Lead / QA Manager with strong Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Team Handling, and Production Support experience, preferably from the Pharma/Healthcare/Life Sciences domain .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the SQA/QA team and oversee testing activities.
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing with good exposure to Automation Testing .
- Plan and execute Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing .
- Guide the team on automation using Selenium/Playwright or similar tools .
- Handle production support, customer issues, defect triage, RCA, and release validation .
- Coordinate with Development, BA, Product, Support, and Project Management teams.
- Review test cases, automation scripts, defects, and QA deliverables.
- Manage QA schedules, risks, quality metrics, and provide management-level updates.




- Mentor team members and drive QA process improvements.
- Handle customer/stakeholder communication and escalations .

Required Skills

- Strong Manual Testing & QA methodologies .
- Automation exposure – Selenium / Playwright .
- API Testing – Postman and good SQL knowledge.
- Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Strong team handling and leadership experience.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Defect Management, and Release Management .
- Pharma/Healthcare domain experience with exposure to LIMS, QMS, GxP/CSV is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile QA Lead / SQA Lead / Test Lead / QA Manager with strong Manual + Automation + Team Management + Production Support experience in the Pharma/Healthcare/Life Sciences domain .
